ADWS Information Desk
|Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m
The purpose of the Information Desk is to provide help and information to our customers who choose to contact us by telephone, email or fax. The Information provided may be as basic as giving directions to the nearest Workforce Center or providing contact information for instructions as complex as how to file for an appeal for disallowed wages.
The goal of the Information Desk staff is to ensure that the customer's problem is resolved to the customer's satisfaction. To do this, the Information Desk staff will periodically contact customers to ensure their question or problem was handled in a satisfactory manner.
