The Information Network of Arkansas |

The Information Network of Arkansas (INA) is a public
instrumentality of the State of Arkansas. INA operates under the authority of Arkansas code
25-27-101 et. seq.
with the statuatory responsibility of assisting the state in
exploring and improving citizen and business access to public information.
INA is completely fee-supported. Our goals include expanding the base of users who can
access public information as well as increasing the amount and availability of public information and
transactions with the State of Arkansas. |

technical staff is available during regular office hours for
telephone support. You may also e-mail
our staff with any questions or problems regarding Driver
Watch. Please be as specific as possible in you
correspondence so that we may assist you in a timely manner. |

| Updating
Your INA Subscription Account |
|
| Please
notify our office if any of the information on your INA
subscription has changed. All modifications, including
user names and requesting lost passwords, must be made in writing on
company letterhead and faxed to 501-324-8904 or mailed to
the office address above. |
|
| Changing
Your INA Password |
|
| Once
a password have been issued, it is the responsibility of
each subscriber to keep the password in a safe
location. INA will not give passwords over the
phone. If you have forgotten your password, you must
request a new password in writing on company
letterhead. For security purposes, we advise our
subscribers to change their passwords quarterly. |

| View
Your INA Billing Statement |
|
| You
may view your monthly account transaction statement at any
time. The activity for the current month will be
available as well as any other month that you were an INA
subscriber. This summary shows all driver record
transactions, including single driver status and full record
searches. |

| As an
INA subscriber, you are also entitled to access individual
commerical and non-commerical driver records instantly. Record requests are $13.00 each and will be
added to your INA account. This is an off-site link
and you will be prompted for you username and password.
