Appraisal Management Company -- Proposed Rule Changes

Pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated § 25-15-201 et seq. notice is hereby given that the Department of Labor and Licensing, Arkansas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board is considering changes to its rules. The proposed rule changes include the following subject: Revision of the Appraisal Management Company Rules, including collection and remittance of the National Registry Fees.
These proposed rule changes will be available for public review at www.arkansas.gov/alcb. Or, they are available at the office of the Department of Labor and Licensing, Arkansas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board at 101 East Capitol Avenue, Suite 430, Little Rock, AR 72201 during regular business hours (8:00 am to 4:30 pm) from April 3, 2020, through May 4, 2020. The public comment period ends on May 4, 2020.

Public notice will be published in the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, April 4, 5, and 6, 2020.
