Arkansas Housing Trust Fund Advisory Committee to Meet The Arkansas Housing Trust Fund Advisory Committee will hold a regularly scheduled meeting at 10:00 AM, CDT, on Wednesday, June 27, 2012, at the Arkansas Development Finance Authority (“ADFA”) Building, 900 West Capitol Avenue, Little Rock, Arkansas in room 2121, just past the Bessie Moore Conference room on the left. Additional Committee meetings for 2012 are scheduled for Wednesday, September 5, 2012, at 10:00 AM, CDT and Wednesday, November 7, 2012, at 10:00 AM, CST at the same location. The Arkansas Housing Trust Fund was established via Act 661 in 2009 by the Arkansas Legislature to:
The fund supports projects and activities that assist persons at or below eighty percent (80%) of the area median income. Committee members represent diverse areas of interest and are appointed by the Governor, the Speaker of the House, and the Senate President Pro Tempore according to terms outlined in Act 661 of 2009. The Advisory Committee advises the ADFA Board of Directors concerning matters relating to the Arkansas Housing Trust Fund. The press and the public are invited to attend any meetings of the Arkansas Housing Trust Fund Advisory Committee.
